Fast food can also be cheap if you know where to buy and if you buy with change!!!

Fast food is for quick meals when you dont want to cook but dont make it a habit
It's easy to eat cheap but hard to eat healthy and almost impossible to eat cheap AND healthy with fast food.
Poor health is expensive, especially down the road.
I honestly need help with eating fast food. I just became a mom almost 3 years ago. I never cooked before. So I'm trying to stop eating fast i know it's not good for my kids. Can anyone suggest any easy healthy meals?
@Raishya W.
Crockpot meals can be healthy and easy. Just avoid the recipes with cans of cream soup and other not so good ingredients. Here are some ideas…

Shop at Aldi if you are near one.

i just bought popeyes put a dent in my budget so mad at myself
Right when you seem to have the hang of it. A sale will come up. Be strong and run away.
I'm addicted to it but am determined to break free. Eating cheap now will cost us our health and savings in the future. I meal plan but haven't been able to stay consistent. The convenience of fast food has spoiled me. Gotta figure out how to make it happen.
i ate breakfast from mcdonalds
Doordash
Look at eating out as a treat and budget for that along with other things like movies, shopping, etc. Fast food shouldn't be your normal go-to for eating. Cooking at home can be easy and will be better for your health, both physical and financial!

This! Short term saving can lead to long term problems.
Penny-wise, quarter-pounder-foolish, ehh?
Fast food can be very addictive, especially when you're working a lot of hours. It can also be very expensive, so it's best to keep a track of everything you spend, so you will know where your money is going. I also found out that going through your receipts weekly will show you exactly where you're spending your money and what you need to cut back on.
I love using cash app for savings in combination with uber eats/ or the restaurant app. Ate lunch for $1.32 today
I actually ate breakfast at home today
Try to meal plan and use a crock pot or instant pot
I'm clearing out my refrigerator and my pantry before I start going out to eat. I have two refrigerators full of food. My goal is to clear as much stuff as I can before the month is out.
I'm trying to do Vegan and fast food isn't always an option unless I want fries.
I challenge myself to eat at home and prep meals ahead of time. I also keep a few things on hand that I can heat and eat quickly for when I don't feel like cooking. I save money and am healthier for it.
Last year the occasional fast food meals cost me $2k. I am so disappointed. It is not worth me being in debt nor my health risk increasing.
I eat fast food at least once a month I used to eat fast once a week
@Anna W … be careful if you are vegan for medical or ethical reasons. Some fast food chains cook their french fries in the oil from beef fat (e.g McDonalds).
Here's a link to restaurants with vegan french fries: https://www.vegknowledge.com/eating-out/are-fast-food-french-fries-vegan/
