Woke up looked at what I have done for the month and the app said lost service with my account and everything is blank. No good. I look forward to seeing what I I completely for the month.

Hello! My account did not disconnect. However, my balance did not update this week on SaverLife. So, I did not get my 250 points for saving this week. I look forward to seeing my accomplishments each week as well. 😔

Try emailing saverlife about the lost information. I had that happen to me and they were able to restore my stuff.

I decided a few months ago to stop worrying agonizing over missing points and I'm much happier. Restoration of all my points would never make up for the amount of time I spent filling out forms and sending screen shots to SaverLife.

Yes it also appears the daily forum and articles are not working again yesterday and today. It is a glitchy system for sure.

This website is very glitchy, I have stopped caring if I get the points or not for saving each week.

They need to hire me, I would simply read the forums everyday and shoot an email to the boss, hey boss the points are not posting! The points are not updating properly! Etc.etc. how hard is that? In a business that most people work at daily updates about the activities and possible problems are talked about daily and staff reps let members know what is going on all the time! Why is this site different?

I still have not been credited for saving $5 per week. Sometimes it works most times it doesn't. It's frustrating.
