I have the same question. I put momey in my account via my bank but saverlife never updates my account so it says that I've never deposited anything. I have a $0 smh

AGREED!!! Saverlife should def. have an explained date that savings account info is updated, OR since the info is already linked….it should update immediately.
Its almost like an AOL (ICE AGE type) website…Saverlife is great but lacks in the web design and marketing…Such a shame!

I too am having this problem. Everytime I hit the earn points by depositing $5.00 button, it just returns me to the same page the earn points by depositing $5.00 button resides. And never gives me any points though I have saved over $5.00. I do appreciate this site/program and just want everyone involved in this to know you are a huge blessing in my life!!!!

@Jasmin O. I had an issue where Saverlife stopped being able to connect to my bank (bank updated login but the verification they needed from me wasn't coming through on Saverlife's site). Customer service was able to clear something from their end so I could reconnect it correctly. Contact customer service. They're helpful.

I transfer money using my bank's website to the account linked on Saverlife. If Saverlife isn't seeing those deposits, definitely contact their customer service.

My account linked and it never update my deposited amount neither. I was trying to do the $100 race but the balance stayed at $0.

If your money doesn't post that same day or within 24 hrs. Then contact Saverlife via email to see why your money has not posted.

It updates daily, trust me I know as I save money almost daily and it updates usually within 24 hours!!! Mine does anyway 🤷

The balance it shows for my linked Paypal account is always at least two days behind.

I’m think it updates every day. And you just deposit from your linked bank account
