I've been reading through the comments about how the SaverLife participants, myself included, cannot access points, surveys, and winning scratch off tickets. I'm thinking of unlinking and canceling the account since I no longer need an incentive to save and it seems I can't win.

I emailed my issue of not getting points for the article of the day. I received a response the next day. this new system of earning points can be a pain sometimes because you don't always see results instantly.

The personality survey doesn’t go past the first question, can anyone assist with that?

I just emailed support yesterday as the financial health survey button takes me to the dashboard, and I can't go past the first question in the personality survey either.

Well I’m glad I came here and am not the only one having issues with the surveys. It is very frustrating hitting next and seeing the same question over and over. I hope they fix this issue soon. I also hit the deposit to your linked account and get redirected to the dashboard.
