I'm currently using Ally, currently at 0.60%, but there could be better ones out there.

Bank of Denver - 2.5%
Digital Federal CU - 6.17%
Evansville TFCU - 3.3%
Navy Federal CU - 3.5%

Yes, on the first $1,000. All of them have deposit limits. Fill one up to the maximum paid at the rate and move on to the next.
