Hi, I signed up a couple weeks ago and linked a savings account and a Venmo account. I got $5 from a "Scratch & Save" and tried to move it into my Venmo account and it's been stuck at "Waiting approval" ever since. I emailed support and never heard back. When I signed up there was a week left on a $100/$250 savings challenge so I deposited $251 into my savings account. The challenge never updated and then expired. Again, I emailed support when there were still a few days left on the challenge and never heard back. So I thought at least, this Monday morning at 9am PST, the site would see the deposit I made to savings and give me the 250 points. Of course that didn't happen. So does this site actually ever do the things it's supposed to do? Or is it just stuck in a coma forever? Thanks.
