Do others have this happen. When doing the activities it won't register your points. I will try it at night and than it will work or the opposite. Who to contact about this that can help with technical?

I am having the same issue. I thought this thing would be good and help me but I can't seem to be able to spend points nor do I get points for a lot of activities I do.
