Activities not working/confusing

maaan, not only is my point accumulations not working but I used 250 points for a scratchy and then it deducted 500.

Does this work

I think they are experiencing issues with loading the points. I make deposits bi-weekly, and the total is correct but I’m not getting points.

I put money in savings and it won’t give me my scratchiez still

I haven't been getting points for reading the articles. Has anyone else had this same problem?

Looks like my points for posting are finally starting to work again.

@Manuel M: This has been happening to me, too. I think (as mentioned) part of the problem is the software/program not quite up to working condition on their end. However, I have noticed that SOMETIMES when I read the article, it will give me the points either after I click on another article, or go back to the earn-points page and "read article" again.

Also, when that doesn't happen, sometimes when I log in next I get the points for reading an article just after I logged in (and before I went to that page).

Perhaps it is a cookie problem?

I belive you need to scroll all the way to the bottom of an article for it to be counted as read.

So hey I have been a member for a good min now but unfortunately I think I'm just slow lol what am I suppose to be doing???

I only get points for reading one article and yet I read 5.

@Manuel M It is NOT 15 points for each article read. Each day there is one [1] special highlight called "Article of the Day" that earns points (though, sometimes it takes a while or a few reads to do so).

The only exception to the one article a day is, IF you have not done the Credit or Tax Articles and Quizzes, those articles should give the amount of points stated once read.

I quite regularly click on the daily article and have to log in and out or try again later to get the points from it. Also some of the other items too. Never get points for some of them no matter how many times I try.

I'm only getting point credits for the daily activities. I havent gotten point for anything else last week or this week.

@Terika R: Assuming you are still trying to figure out what you are "supposed to be doing" (and have notifications for this community thread).
In short, if you are on SaverLife, you probably are here to learn about financial decisions such as saving, debt repayment, budgeting, and/or retirement planning. SaverLife has articles to read on various pieces of these topics in bite-sized format. (Though, I would recommend potentially delving further on a topic of interest using other resources.) All the while participating in certain activities such as:

• saving at least $5 a week [to a linked bank account],
• reading one highlighted article a day,
• engaging with the community via forums,
• participating in special saving challenges or quizzes
  while can be helpful in learning about financial habits (depending on how knowledgeable one already is) has the added incentive of a CHANCE to win a monetary prize (usually $5, though monthly challenges offer $100 to a select handful).

In this thread we are discussing SaverLife's semi-recent change to the points system [instead of just $5.00+ deposit for one scratch card]. While there are more opportunities to earn points now (with tax time), many of us seem to be frustrated with the new system (which seems to have made changes of wining a scratch card slimmer) and its bugs.
