I have read every article there is for the past few days and none of them say they are the article of the day to give me the points for reading. Anyone else having this problem?

I have read every article there is for the past few days and none of them say they are the article of the day to give me the points for reading. Anyone else having this problem?
I just joined and have been having this issue with every way to earn points, AOD, quizzes, forums and all. Not sure how to fix it. I am going to keep watching over the next week to see if it updates later for some reason.

One of the members posted this tip to receive credit for articles: scan to the bottom of the page, past the suggested reading, and then click on Earn Points. This works for me every time.
I sometimes have this issue as well. Usually, I read the article two or three times, scrolling all the way to the bottom every time. I even try at different times of the day. If I try more than three times and still don't get the 15 points, I just give up. Right now I'm having that issue with the Earned Income article. I've clicked on it and read it at least a half dozen times on different days, and it still says I haven't done it and won't give me credit. I even click on the links in the article and check those out too! Technology!
Yes I'm not being credited for all the things I'm doing.

It hasn’t worked for a week now
I never get credit. Today's is only 3 paragraphs and I've read it 6 times. 0 points
I'm still unable to get points for the Pledge items, Featured items, and Stimulus items. I even opened a ticket and they told me I have to read the story and scroll all the way down. Funny the daily read works but not any of the other items. They closed out my ticket. I then opened 4 other tickets one for each item and they close them. The customer service is not good at all.
