I'm new to the program; and this is my 1st post. I've followed all the steps thus far as far as linking acct & setting up budget. Now I'm just trying to navigate my way through the rest and hope for great help and change with my budgeting and saving habits!

Well so far I have managed to save $50; but I don't see the acknowledgement from Saverlife for it although my account is correctly linked…?? I'm not fully understanding what's going here and why it seems to be difficult to accumulate the points. I will continue to navigate the site and read the articles; which are helpful; and continue to save and make a better way for myself financially.

Seems like a lot of technical issues lately with points. Hang in you will eventually get them.

Thank you all for the advice and the encouragement!! I'll continue to hang in there and maintain my plans to continue to save towards a better financially stable future myself & daughter. If I don't seem to receive points that I should have; I will reach out to Customer Service/Support team as suggested. GOOD LUCK to all!!!

I just keep trying to accumulate points and read articles; however unfortunately I'm not getting very far point wise I'm guessing due to technical issues. I sent message to Customer Service and the response was for me to make sure I followed the steps needed by bank to properly link my account (which I did) and let them know once I done so (which I did); and they'll look into fixing the issues I'm having. However, so far there still is no resolution to my issues. I'll continue to hang in there because I have faith that these issues will be resolved and the site will properly work for everyone once again! So I'll keep saving and reading…and hoping! #stayhealthyall

I am new to this. I thought this was to calculate savings when shopping. Like from sale prices & coupons. I think I am a bit confused…

You're not the only one confused with how things are supposed to work here. There are definitely quirks here and there; but I seem to learn a lot from the articles.
