I'm not sure what to do about this?? On my dashboard it looks like I never did them and when I click begin to do them again they are showing my results from the quiz and I can't even redo it???
Following. I'm goingvthrough the same problem.
I am having trouble trying to take the financial health survey. I think I took it & the results are there, but it's not clear. I think I did all the possible surveys. but am not sure how I can see that I received the points for them. They say begin, but when I click the financial health survey it loops back to the dashboard page. I don't have the right amount of points so I know that some points are missing.
Following! Same thing has happened to me.
It just takes awhile sometimes for points to credit and when you read the articles, make sure your skimming through to the bottom.

I think the point for those surveys, if previously completed, were already in my account when they went this point system. Did you are start at zero or did you have 500 or more points?
