Can an admin please look into this? It's been several weeks now with no points for this activity.
It's also confusing that there's a "Deposit" button for the activity that just seems to reload the page.
I think it only works if it’s deposited within certain days of the week. I’ve noticed it too.
My first deposit just went through, and it's a bit disheartening not getting the points and challenge rank right away.
I opened a support ticket and they suggested trying a deposit on a Tuesday or Wednesday instead of my usual Monday. But that still hasn't worked …
Ok, today I did get +250 pts for my deposit LAST week.
Update:
Staff advised me to make my deposits on a Tuesday or Wednesday. That worked. I made a deposit last Weds., and got my points on Monday of this week.
@Dan B Thanks but I'm kind of over it, too much time invested. I enjoy the forums and the support here to keep saving and investing, that's enough or me.
Guys, I contacted support last week because I hadn't gotten my weekly points and this is what they said, "the points for the $5.00 deposit is calculated on Monday 12 PM PST." I'm only on my third week, so I haven't had enough experience with the timing of things. So the $5 I save this week should count for my points next Monday.
I guess it just initially confused me that I see my $5 deposit reflected under My Account and My Savings Goal fairly quickly, which to me if weekly points are credited at certain time weekly, then that's when I would expect my bank account to be "read." But now that I think about it, I do see they need to keep track of the Race to 100 on a daily basis.

My weekly deposit was on last Tuesday, but I didn't get the points until today… So almost a week delay.
We're all in the same boat. It's hit or miss. But I guess I'll stick it out as long as it doesn't cost me anything.
Is it safe to link your bank account to this site or does it not really track your savings.
