How long does it take to receive funding for survey? I was sent a survey and completed it but have not received the fund for completing it.

I completed a survey on August 10 and I received confirmation that said I will receive payment in 10 business days. However I also completed one on August 2 and got the same confirmation but I still haven't not received that one.

Same! I’ve reached out MULTIPLE times but they never respond. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to jump hurdles for them to live up to their end. Highly frustrating.
