I believe that one must have motivation factors and or goals and to keep the momentum going, once the goals are achieved keep setting and creating new ones. Also, don't forget to reward yourself.

Consistency is the key and start with what you can. There is no "right" amount when it comes to saving or investing. Do what works for you.

I find it impossible to save money when I can’t work but was also denied disability benefits. What can I do?

I’m a bit excited to see how it work. I try to save money but I have times that I spent to much. The internet is a trap sometimes. Most of the things I end up buying I don’t even need. I am interested in seeing how much I can save.
