Hi my name is Melissa and I've just signed up for saverlife and I have 1140 points but when I go to click on the scratcher it's saying I don't have any points… So can someone please explain to me why it's not letting me do the scratcher..? Or how I can go about putting my points towards the scratcher any advice would help.. Thank you :)

This Happened to me as well. I had signed up through google for my login so I went and changed my password and then I was able to access all my points.

I have had issues too with the same thing, I have enough points but it says that I don't have enough?

Mine used to do the same thing but after emailing saver life help, it fixed it.
I only have 180 point saverlife has saved me from times I just needed that extra $5.00..
