I totally agree! I would love to see a way to convert points directly to cash (or gift cards or PayPal)

I’m not super motivated by lotto type systems. I would rather have a sure thing even if it cost more points.

agree! Being that it is essentially (very low cost) gambling, it does incentivize what has been very destructive behavior for many.
