Yes a little will add up to a lot. But it will take time

I been saving all my $1s since January.
Great idea to begin saving. If your bank limits transfers, consider saving $7 per week
I like that idea!
I'll start today.
I agree
A long time ago, I found myself procrastinating about saving with the excuse that I had debt that should be paid first. Seems I always have some type of debt, so that resulted in never saving. So I decided that the smallest step I could take to get started and stop procrastinating was to never spend pennies and save those. I'm rather competitive, even with myself, so once I get started, it's easy to escalate fairly quickly. Before long I was saving pennies and nickels, then adding dimes, and then adding quarters. When I started adding dollar bills to my coin jar, I opened a bank savings account.
This was great when I was out of home almost every day and the majority of my spending was in cash. As my finances have become digital and I'm at home most of the time, that old savings plan doesn't work any more.
I think it was Bank of America that had a rounding program in which you could sign up to have all of your debit transactions rounded up to the next dollar with that difference between the purchase and the rounding deposited into your B of A savings account. I did that until I changed banks.
Since then, I have used automatic savings deposits when receiving a regular paycheck. Now unemployed, I just keep moving unemployment benefits money from my checking account to my savings account to increase my emergency fund. I have 4 or 5 months rent in my savings now. I try not to keep too much in my checking account or I will think I have money to spend. I can always move it back from savings to checking if I haven't left myself enough in checking.
The app Chime has automatic savings programs, including a round up program when using their debit card on a Chime bank account. This is a great way to make your previous cash coin savings go digital when you pay for everything with a debit card so you can stop carrying cash.
Hello

How can u save when nothing to save
How can u save when nothing to save
I'm new to saving and I like this goal!

It all adds up !
When buying online use the plugin, ebates. It gives you cash back (they send a check to your house quarterly). I don't know how it is worth it for them/the stores, but sometimes they even give 15% back on your purchase. They also tell you when another store has something cheaper. If you use my referral code you automatically get $40.
This seems doable
I think I can do $1 a day.
I can do this too
Eliminate the purchase of unhealthy beverages or snacks, and we can all meet this goal and improve our health at the same time.
Wonderful
Small increments is a good way to save like a coin jar for your spare change or selecting to round up on your cards if your banking has that option
