There is no saving when your unemployment is the lowest paid in the nation. MS is a state where the rules and guidelines of the system are designed to keep poor people Poor people. Every body is not doing well after the significant cut in income. Me for one..
I fortunately still have my job despite covid, so savings are higher than normal due to lack of going out and dining out.

NIce! Congrats! You just don't realize how much is spent on dining out and entertainment until you stop spending in those categories due to a lockdown and you check your account and there is money, a lot more money in there :)
I have been able to save more than normal during this pandemic due to spending less on gasoline, entertainment and personal spending. I have been working from home since March and expect to continue that way thru the end of the year, so my savings will continue to grow.
I'm finding it hard this month ! They shot down another stimulus pay for people again. I pray for everybody

I was able to put a small amount away but will keep at it!
Not great due to high medical bills not covered by insurance, but I try to save where I can.
