It's such a hard decision.What to do ?

Thankful that I do not have small children and that I do not need to make that decision. I do believe that most children should be in school even if it is part time. Many adults will not and do not assist their children in education which is very sad and very difficult for the children.
My daughter was supposed to start kindergarten ,there's no way I. Sending her.
My child will be remote for this school year.
We are forced to be remote right now.
It is so hard to see the kids in the classroom s right now. Keep them home if you can.
I work at a high school of 1500 students. We've had very few Covid cases; however, we have a ton of virtual students failing. There was a 300% increase of students failing the state exam (which is a graduation requirement) this year compared to 2019. As for credits, we normally have 20-30 students needing summer school, this year, we have over 200, many who need multiple classes. Virtual learning has put many students behind. It's so sad. My thought is, if they are being successful virtually, and as a parent you think they are learning what they need to, then keep them virtual, but if they're failing, send them back!! Keeping them home is only going to hurt them in the long run.
I'm a college student, and I'm ready to go back. I already missed out on being able to do my geology fieldwork requirement in Wyoming, and now my year abroad in Japan has been canceled. I needed both of those experiences to be able to work in my chosen field and get into grad school, and now I'll have to graduate without either one. I worked so hard to get to this point, and now I don't know what to do because Covid has ruined what I've been working for since I was 12.
