Its tuff times right now i worked through the pandemic…. When i went to work we had a meeting and our boss told us we was not getting a Christmas bonus…. I was so upset because i worked through the pandemic… I had to find another job …. I didn't want to leave i had to do what i had to do…. All i got from my boss was a thank you…. WTF!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it !!!! Alot of people now is trying to leave
I understand my boyfriend got a turkey for a bonus people are hurting every where!!!!

that sucks! sounds like you've gotten them in the past, how frustrating. hope you find another job.
My boss normally takes us employees (there’s only 3 of us) out to a dinner at a nice resturaunt and we bring our families… normally the bill is 5-800$ we have a great time! This year he said he would give us 25$!!!!!! Not to mention I’ve been here the longest out of everybody I been here 4 years I literally do everything for my boss!!! I’ve busted my butt while he sits in his office I take orders go in kitchen make the food and hand it out! We get tips and have to split them with Him daily! I’m over it I want a new job but can’t afford to leave here until I find another! I’m stuck between a rock and a hard spot!!!
It sounds like the company is struggling too. This might be a sign that they'll go out of business, so it'll be helpful to update your resume and start interviewing asap.
