I used my stimulus check to pay off my credit card. I am now essentially debt-free except for a couple of items bought with PayPal that give me until February to pay off the balance. I can afford those payments every month and am not buying anything that I don't need. While the pandemic keeps me home, I wear fewer outfits and do wash less often. Life is a bit cheaper, but food is more expensive to make up for it.
I used my stimulus check to pay off two small credit cards and I put the rest into my savings account. I work from home, so i am saving on gas, but do find that I spend more on groceries than before. It's a trade off right now.
Any word on a new stimulus?
Not yet passed by congress
Aren’t they out of office?
Still need my stimulus check
If we get the 2nd stimulus check I am opening up a savings account and try to budget wisely.
I used my stimulus to catchup on my bills and get me a reliable transportation .
I wish i could get mine but maybe next year because doing contests put me above the limit last year. Contests wins in 2019 was no cash either.
I used my stimulus to catch up on bills.
I used mine to help buy a car. Not so helpful with savings but less money spent on a broken down money pit of a car hopefully!
I could really use that second check
Well we should be hearing something this week about the 2nd one but the sad part is they still sending out the first ones
I could really use a second one
I need a second check to ketchup on my bills
I could really use a second one to help pay off debt.
At this time, it does not look like there will be.
I will get my first when I file my 2020 tax return…. no plans for it other than to put into savings.
We could really use another to help catching up Bill's that fell behind during the shut down and us getting back to work been such a slow process.
Nancy need to quite the BS and help her follow americans.
Hopefully the 2nd check will pass soon!
I think it is important to realize that while a stimulus check is good for any bills that need to be immediately paid, you shouldn't rely on it as a source of income that will be guaranteed.
