I just had a similar issue, but I actually won $5 dollars from the scratch and win twice, once on 11/20/2020 and again on 12/30/2020. Well I was curious because my history said that the rewards had both been “completed”, so I checked my linked bank account and those $5 dollar deposits were never made by SaverLife. It has me a little skeptical and quite frankly a little bummed..

I won a scratch off the beginning of Jan 2021 (this year) and it says the 5.00 award will be deposited on 08/01/2021! I was like wow, why so long????? And to make things worse when ever i fill out the contact form for saver life with an issue, they NEVER get back to me. This site has some major issues at times :(

I lost a scratch off once before also. I reported but never was compensated with another scratch off or points. Now I've had problems receiving point credits I've earned a lot lately. Today I see my missing points credited but lost the balance of my points from yesterday. Plus I'm showing 300 points and 800 points were credited today. I had about 50 points in balance yesterday. So I should have 850 points less 300 given they owe me 550 points. Not doing another scratch off until this is corrected. Too confusing!!
I understand this is free and only helps me so I'll be patient.
