This is the only form of budgeting I've ever been able to stick to.
I never heard of that but I will check it out. I use mint for my budget and it is very helpful to budget.
Is anti-budgeting the same as reverse budgeting and pay-yourself-first budgeting, or do all these budgeting methods have slight differences between them?

any budget is better than no budget. People need to think about their spending.

I have to do that. Astounding how organized and procedural I am at work but it doesnt carry over into my personal life
Interesting idea!
That's also how I do it. I set up automatic savings deposits, schedule bill payments 2 weeks ahead of time, and spend from whatever is left.
