I've connected my account and the balance wont update. I should have been rewarded for the $100 challenge for May but my savings stayed at 0 to goal all month. If I dont reconnect my account the balance never updates on its own. Anybody else have and fix this problem? I've submitted 2 tickets to support and no one has responded.

My deposits do not reflect toward the challenges either. I’ve reached out to customer service. I’ve received a response, however I feel fairly certain that they just gave me some general response.
My bank account is linked and the amount saved reflects correctly in settings. However, according to saverlife I have saved $0/$150, etc
I signed up a couple of months ago. After multiple emails back and forth between two customer service agents, I still haven't received the $25 sign-up bonus, and the first 5 or 6 scratch-cards I bought with my points didn't work–I just got an error message and all my points were deducted. I asked customer service about that, too, and they never addressed the issue or refunded my points. It's been a frustrating waste of time.
