Hi I don't know if this will help any but I get paid with Paypal and its an almost instant payout. When I transfer out of Paypal it usually takes up to three days (longer if its a holiday) to go from Paypal to my bank. I bank with Chase, so I imagine it comes a little faster than most because its a big bank. I would give it a couple days and then email the help desk. They are usually pretty responsive when I have had to email them in the past. I would recommend to switch to the Paypal payout if you have it. You don't have to change the connected savings account, just update your payment choice in My Account.
If you're sending your winnings to your bank account, it will take a few business days before it arrives in your bank. For me, my winnings gets sent straight to my Paypal account. Unless I pay a fee to instantly transfer the winnings from my Paypal to bank account, it will take a few business day for the winnings to show up in my bank account. Give it a few business days before you reach out to customer service in regards to your winnings.
