Bank of America lets you do that. I used to have it. It made saving pretty easy, but if money is really tight, it can be annoying. I've never heard of the app, but if you're interested in this concept, I would try to do it through your bank first.
My bank offers that feature as well it's a very convenient way to save.

There are quite a few banks have a round up feature without monthly or membership fees such as Chime, Varo, Credit Karma Money, or One. However, most of the fee free banks are online or app based.
