I want to rent my own home.
I remember I bought my first condo with a 15 year mortgage. I accelerated the principal payments and was able to pay it off in only 6 years.
I've owned and rented. I prefer renting. You don't have to worry about repairs and can move more or less whenever you feel like it!
Buying your own home is investing in your and your children's future, renting is investing in someone else.
