What's the best card for building credit? I'm looking for something that won't charge me if I'm not using it.

Try Discover Secured or Capital One Secured. Neither charge annual fees.
Definitely Capital One and Discover cards works great.
Discover and capital one are great credit building cards to start with secured deposits that will also match your deposit at zero interest rate and you will want to try to use it monthly for at least a small purchase and pay of off right away before it’s due so you build your credit faster … the idea is too use it and pay it off quick so start with small purchases like groceries til you build your credit up otherwise if you don’t use it you won’t build credit just because you have the card lenders want to know that you’re good at paying off your debt and this way shows your ability to do that
Yes, I agree that Capital One and Discover are two of the best cards to develop you credit.
Those are great choices.
You can also develop your credit by getting a credit builder loan from some credit unions or banks.
