Elizabeth, I'm sorry to hear you became unemployed during the pandemic. I don't know what state you live in but if you are interested in getting a degree look into the community college in your state, they may offer classes for free for individuals who lost their jobs. You may have to take classes online and at night, but in my state my niece is taking classes free of charge. She had to be responsible for her books but family pooled monies to purchase for her. I wish you the best in whatever your decision.
