I want to save more money but can't reduce my monthly debt and expenses. I budget every month and look for ways to reduce my number of line items. How can I increase my income without getting a job?

Make a list of all you spent for in a month and see what you can do without. But also try to find a second job.
You need to evaluate your budget and be sure it is feasible to cut expenses. There are small changes that can be made like cutting cable and TV subscriptions, eliminate eating out and start meal planning and shopping at discount grocery stores. If you have gone through your whole budget and there is nothing left to cut, then you would need to look into bringing in more income via an additional job or side hustle.
