Sojourner Family Peace Center provides education, advocacy and resources to keep people safe. We operate a 42-bed shelter that has provided safety and support services to thousands of women and children. Other programs include a 24-Hour Domestic Violence Hotline, Domestic Abuse Victim Advocates in the Milwaukee District Attorney’s Office, Belle Resource Center for Women and Children, Courthouse Advocacy and Restraining Order Clinic, Legal Emergency Assistance, Children’s Advocacy, Ending Violence through Education and BA-Beyond Abuse, for men and women seeking alternatives to abusive behavior.

Absolutely, you may share that information with whoever may need it. It's disheartening that the woman who originally posted this thread who was in so much distress changed the title to "scam" and then changed her post in which she was in so much trouble to "scam" as well. I was so worried for her and her kids so I'm not sure what type of scam she's referring to… Sorry I didn't see your post earlier. I will say some prayers for her (Melissa). Oops.. Hi Nicole, I replied but realized I needed to attach it to you so you can get it or a notification I mean. I am so sorry for what you have gone through but I am so much happier just to know that you pulled yourself out of it. I'm very grateful and I hope that your life is really great and beyond what you'd ever hoped for. I think you're wonderful for taking the time to help other women. I will pray to whoever is listening and hope for all the best to all the women in your area as I'm sure you are a blessing to all of those women and I couldn't even explain how proud of you I am and I've never met you. I really appreciate what you're doing, and it takes a special kind of person to be able to pay forward and take care of others when it involves dealing with your own trauma everyday. I know and continue to endure in my own ways but can't imagine what you've been through. If there's anything I can ever do to help please let me know. Scam

Melissa who came on here and said she was in a really bad spot asked for help with a very scary domestic violence situation. For whatever reason she changed the title and her post to scam and it's unfortunate because there are women that need those resources so if Melissa, you read this, if you could just change the title to help for women dealing with domestic violence I would really really appreciate it as I've been praying for you and hoping that you're okay. I just have no idea what you're referring to by saying scam. Were you scammed? I sure hope what you're saying wasn't a scam and saverlife certainly isn't a scam. It was my birthday that day and I really just tried to help you. Whatever the issue or case I just hope that things are better for you.
