I have won the $5 Scratcher quite a few times. I've always been sent an email congratulating me. However… since they switched to this new site/ way of trading points to play the Scratchers, I've had trouble getting my payouts through PayPal because my emails on these accounts are different… frustrating!

For scratch & save, you can claim the money right after you win. For other challenges, they'll let you know by email
