I still haven’t received the 20$ for doing a text survey it’s been over two months now and still no money any one else have this problem?
I am also waiting on a $20 text survey that I completed. Over 30 days.
Save life said it would go through this week. Today is Saturday. I'm guessing there is a further delay.
Very difficult to file a ticket now to get it processed. I think they are either transitioning to EARN or they are about to have zero support for customers. Zendesk has a special login now and is a whole different program once you get in. There is no support ticket system that I am aware of anymore.
If you Google saverlife phone number you get the old contact us link that has been removed from the site but is still active. So you can send support a ticket this way. That way you will get an email back from them that you can respond to. Don't know how long this link will be up though. It's getting harder to find support now.

They also have just released an app 10 days ago. Maybe that is where the transition is flowing to.
I can’t get help to save my life. My 5 $80 payouts expire in 7 days if I don’t complete onboarding. Yet the link goes no where and there is no onboarding in the search.
I'm having the same issue, cant figure out what onboarding is, and the link does not take anywhere. Also can not get ahold of anyone.
Onboard has to do with having a self owned business and linking that business checking account with saver life to get more perks. And it's only for people with self owned businesses that are new users/ members of saverlife I think.
Interesting because I have 5 payouts that are about to expire and it keeps saying won’t complete the onboarding before they’ll send. But have no idea what to do

Same! Don’t do any more surveys. I’m waiting on 2 payments. Then it’s impossible to get ahold of them when they don’t do their part to get you paid. They’re sketchy.
