I am/was part of the exclusive SaverLife survey Panel and have completed a handful of decent paying surveys over the course of a year or so. I've always been paid promptly and without issue up until the last survey I took back in August '23. There was an issue with my payment and PayPal bounced the payment back to SaverLife. I ironed out the issue with PayPal first and then contacted SaverLife support. It took them nearly 3 weeks to respond wanting more info from me. I replied with all the requested information and did not hear back from them for almost 4 months even though I continued sending emails via the original thread almost weekly. When I finally received a response it was to inform me that payment had been made a few days earlier. The funny part about that is that I did a recieve a payment from SaverLife on the same day that he said the payment for the survey was sent… But it was payment for winnings from a tax time scratcher I won on the same day. I informed him of this and told him that when I signed up for the panel I was told all survey payments would only be be sent via PayPal and asked to please have this matter escalated to management as he didn't seem capable of handling my issue. The next thing I know I receive an email stating that my ticket has been closed and to please contact support via the website if ID like to open a new ticket (which I already did about a week ago) This is crazy… Anyone have any suggestions? I'll be making a full review on Trust Pilot later today as I cannot seem to get any support or response from SaverLife with this issue.
