I've tried updating my account, changing the bank that's linked to my account, & a number of other things but still, my savings never show an accurate reading & my points rarely are updated after i complete a task. Customer service isn't much help, if any help at all. Reaching them & getting a response is even worse since its a coin toss whether or not they respond at all. Am i alone in having these issues?

Finally got a response from someone but so far that's it. Nothing changed. Still don't have points updated to display correct amount nor did i get the $$ from taking this last survey they sent

I was having problem when I was using Internet Explorer. When I use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, the site works much better.

I've had pretty good response from them when I send an e-mail. They usually get back to me within 48 hours.

I've had issues with mine updating from Friday and all of a sudden today my points updated. Weird.

They found out why I had trouble and lost a lot points, now I'm waiting to see if they can give my points back, its been 2 weeks

I've had several problems over the years and customer service was always very friendly and helpful. I think they're overwhelmed with the revamped website, but they're trying to straighten it out. Personally, I don't feel that they owe me anything and I'm happy with being encouraged to save and learning more about personal finance.

I totally agree with you. The points and things are all 'extras.'

I'm getting resources to help me navigate my finances and get on the right track. If they give me $5 here and there, all the better, but that's not why I'm coming to the site.

I had a similar issue as listed above. During the transition to the new points system I used $500 of my points but wasn’t able to scratch off my tickets to see if it was a loss or winner. It gave me an error message. I reported the issue and they never gave me back my points.

They 'said' they updated the site & fixed the problem but im still not getting all the points, really I'm not even getting 1/4 of the points I've earned. While I did join to better manage my budget & help improve my savings, the extras were a big reason I stayed. Now, not only don't I get points or rewards but I question the accuracy of the information it shows for my account.
The last rep i talked to was great tho. Real helpful & extremely quick to respond with actual help & accurate information. Guess I'll see what happens next…🤷🤷🤷
