Yeah, it keeps deducting my 250 points for a scratch-off, but I just get a message saying there was an error and to try again later. I emailed Customer Service about that and the fact I did not receive my sign up bonus, but they only answered half the question (by saying I'll get the bonus at some point). I emailed several times after that about the missing points/scratchers, but they never replied. I give up.

It’s basically free money, yes it’s a pain and there are many bugs in the site, but it’s still nice at the end to get more money by saving money. (I get more money from here than I do in interest from my bank each month)!
