Anybody else having trouble with their savings account not actually being tracked? I've already contacted support and basically received a rundown of how it's supposed to work.
So, when I click on "deposit" from the Earn More Points menu, it doesn't open a window to my account. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my account, and enabling pop ups.
Otherwise, I just enter my banking as normal (without going through this site first) and make deposits, but they're not showing up here, even after a week. This is true no matter which account/bank I connect and try it with.
Any suggestions?
When I signed up I linked to my PayPal account. I only had a problem once where I had to unlink and relink my PayPal account. It works fine now.

I think a lot of the website's features have been buggy lately. For example, it won't give credit for activities done (for reading, depositing or posting) …It looks like it registers eventually (like a few hours later) but it's frustrating.
It finally registered $5 in savings, but I think that's just because I won a scratcher and it's still not tracking my savings account.
PayPal took a bit but it did
It's not working for me either.
For the most part my saving bank account verifies days later here then it does on my account itself, so I missed the cutoff for the save $100 according to the site, when I know I just made it. Next time I'll know better to have my savings in earlier. :(
