Good luck!
Good luck!
Right into savings, but will get spent on necessities soon enough.
I'm going to put half in checking to pay bills and the other half into savings.
Saving
Paid down debt. Got my next credit card almost paid off. Whoop! Accelerate the snow ball!
I'm dividing it up 3 ways: I'm putting some into checking to pay bills, some to savings and some to personal use for myself when I need it.
I'm saving my stimulus money to go towards a home purchase later this year.
I put most of it to my debt payoff but kept $100 for birthday spending next month!
My last stimulus money went towards paying on my car loan. If we get another, I'll probably do the same with it. My current monthly payment is $293. I'd like to pay off enough of the principal to bring it down to $100-150/mo. that way I'm not living paycheck to paycheck. I've got that "extra" $150 to pay for food and gas. That's how I'm looking at it anyway. I also picked up a part-time job in addition to my full-time job, so that's been helpful in making a dent in my debt. I think I'll be debt free (except for student loans) in two years! It's nice to read all these posts and know that I'm not the only one being practical with it. Yes, I'd like to take a trip to Florida, but bills and debt first! :)
Saving mine to put toward a down payment on a home.
Pay bills, and get my family financially stable!

Paying bills
I plan to get ahead on rent and save as much as possible :)
I plan to purchase a new washer. The remaining balance will be used to open a fundrise account and put towards stock.
Hope we can get 1400 in March. I'll use it for taxes.
I am saving half and the other half is for a car loan.

We are getting the third check or not?
I'll use the next stimulus check to pay down my master shower remodel loan from 2019.
