Welcome, Kelly! I'm fairly new, too, and I wanted to share what I learned today: "the points for the $5.00 deposit is calculated on Monday 12 PM PST."
Why are points not posting lately

Sometimes points won't post untill the following day. For deposits those will usually post the next week.
