I found that it was fairly easy to earn point but I'm still unsure about how to redeem points or what I'm supposed to do with them. Can anyone help?

Go to the point store and redeem for scratch off tickets. You can get three a week.

On the bottom of your dashboard go to “earn points” it will give you additional pints options
