So I got an email the other day saying 'Thank you for being such an active member of our SaverLife community! We hope you’ve been enjoying all we have to offer' etc etc…and here are extra points to help you keep going on your savings journey, yet no points were added to my balance. Anyone else get this email or have this problem with them not being added?
I received the “extra” points that the email discussed about a month ago, but only received the email this week to explain them.
Same as Elena. I got the email yesterday and contacted them to say thank you but I don't see the points. They answered that I got them on August l7.
I can't wait to be able to start saving so I can earn extra points ever since I lost my job due to the coronavirus it's been real rough being a single mother.
