All you have to do every night is when you are laying in bed ready to go to bed, lie on your back and try to relax your whole body. Once you feel relaxed enough you start to flex or tense up every muscle starting from the very top. Yes I mean try to flex or tense up your head, jaw, neck, etc. Try to hold every flex for at least 6 to 7 seconds and then release, take you time. Work all the way down to the last part which is your feet. After now your whole body should feel relaxed and you are gonna fall asleep quicker and more comfortably!
