This used to be a great site, but customer service is REALLY lacking! My bank account balance has not been updated by saverlife for over a month, and I'm not getting my points for saving $5 a week and the race to $100 is over in a few days, and even though I saved $100 I won't be entered to win because no one ever replies back when I submit a help request! I just get an automated email with stupid articles to read that "might solve my problem". No, I need you people to fix your site and actually have a human answer me and fix my account and credit me my points!
I am having the same issue
My points were manually updated to the correct amount but the next day it stopped working again.
Interestingly I have missed out on some points including points for making a post both today and yesterday. Customer service seems like it is behind. I have emailed them about other issues, but not heard from a person lately.
Bank accounts getting disconnected from SaverLiufe seems to happen periodically. It could be that SaverLife can't respond quickly to security changes on the bank end.
The support team at SaverLife has been helpful the two or three times it's occurred for me. Persistence and sharing details with them speeds the process!
I agree SaverLife needs more technical support. Some time in the day when reading an article or posting it doesn't record it so I'll have to try in evening .

The points counter goes haywire ever so often.
The points have been working great for me for a few days now
My points hadn't been added up in about a month, and I'm not sure if it's because I was using SaverLife on my PC or not, because I just logged in on my mobile phone and all my points were finally there!
