I can view what I am saving each week since joining, but it is not giving me the points for doing so.
Also, it shows that I have enough credits on one page to use for scratch offs, but when I go to the page to exchange, it tells me I have zero points to do that, also.
What should I do about this?
I am a little disappointed. 
Help please.
