The points are not working for me with the weekly savings.

The points system has been hit or miss since it was implemented in July 2020, particularly the 250 weekly points for saving $5. I have a reoccurring automatic transfers for this every Tuesday but I have only been credited about half the time this year.

Why isn't my points not posting when I did everything to get them.

I don't always get points for the things I completed. I opened a ticket and they just close it. Not very helpful at all.
