Do they grow substantially?
Do they grow substantially?
Good information, I'll be looking into it.
Investing sounds scary! I definitely would need to do a lot more research before I'd think about utilizing the stock market. I'm considering something like a Roth IRA though. That's what I'm looking into now.
Thanks for the information, I'll be looking into getting started.
How many index funds companies is too many?
Well I got started with my first investment account with E-Trade.
I read a lot of questions asking "which stock is best?" Not to be coy, but if you ask that question, then you probably don't know "the next great thing" – and if you don't know the next great thing, you need to diversify so that you don't lose your money on a bad pick. Admitedly, a diversified portfolio (and most mutual fund companies allow partial share purchases) won't protect you from all risk and won't fly meteorically since it's a mixed group of stocks.
I'm glad I started investing in the stock market, monies have been growing.

hello
I started out with a very small investment but I'm still skeptical and really not sold on the whole idea of investing.
