I don't know what's going on, but at times I am not getting all my points when I read my "Article of the Day". I am starting to feel this situation with the SaverLife is ripping me off. Even if there is evidence of financial success stories, and people winning money, a few of the days which includes yesterday were when I would read an article, click "My dashboard" and then nothing will happen to give me my extra points that should've earned. Haven't even won any money yet, or if at all, I am beginning to wonder if this is wasting my time.
I always click back through to the dashboard to make sure I got credited. Sometimes I have to open it a second time for it to take. Definitely some bugs. I doubt it's malice on the part of Saverlife but I do suspect there are more players for the same or possibly smaller pot this year.
The new SaverLife interface has been really buggy. If you're not getting points, try submitting a help request.
Actually, Melissa, I have been clicking back to the dashboard and the results were the same in my not getting points. I still might not follow through on sticking with this to win money, but thanks for the suggestions guys.

I don't blame you one bit. The site has been absolutely awful to deal with. It's as if the site were a college programming project. Couldn't they have tested the features of the site before going live? It's frustrating to deal with.
Yeah I notice the error also, but I am sure it will be fixed as the dashboard updates
i can say the points i was credited when i first opened an account i used on the scratch and save and my first ticket i won $5. i received it in bout 10 days to my paypal account. sonce then ive been trying to rack up points to keep trying but yet to get lucky enough to get a second strike. but as for earning points, ive had no issues ive been able to come across. im sorry that you havent been having a good experience so far. i do hope witch ever route you choose, that you manage to find the right path to get ahead in life.
I'm not getting points for anything either, I need 15 to get my last ticket of the week I can't seem to get it no matter what I do for the last 3 days. It's feeling like too much work
It is appearing as too much work. I just tried to redeem my points again, and it mentions I do not have enough. At this moment I am/was prepared to say goodbye to this website, as for trying to earn a few bucks. To my surprise it says I won $5.00. Of course, it also says I will receive it in 1 to 2 weeks. This may encourage me to stick this situation out for another month or a few. I'll still probably discontinue participation in the near future. I'm glad I finally won something but I personally would not recommend this headache to anyone I know.
At least I'm getting a response when I report I'm not receiving points. But you'd have to hope at some point, they'd resolve the issues.

Me too. I still did not get my points from just checking the site everyday.

Same it is buggy. I would try it at different times of the day.
I noticed the same issue of not receiving points for the article of the day. I emailed saverlife and they asked me to send a screenshot of my points balance which clearly showed there were skipped days of not getting the points.
