I still didn't get my points for the child tax credit. I having had new survey to get higher points. I link my debit card its not linking it to the app. What's going on
@Katrina B, have you tried re-linking your account? I think they just get unlinked once in a while. That happened to me when I changed the password for my account and also when I set up 2-factor authentication. I had to remove the 2-factor ID and re-link w/SaverLife to get it to work again.
