When just 18 years old and a mother of then newborn twins, I knew that carrying on with a complex career wouldn't work into my life. Taking on a small, entry level receptionist position at a law firm while I completed nursing school at night, in 2 short months was promoted to legal assistant. From there, I bounced around from industry to industry, gradually increasing my duties along the way because I wanted to learn everything about business.

With 17 years in office and administrative duties, directly supporting and collaborating with Doctors, Attorneys and CEO's and 5 years providing financial guidance.

A great strength in business development, website design and marketing strategies has lead to an increased, repeat customer base up to 60%
Simultaneous management of six Attorneys, ensuring prompt readiness of all litigation for consultations and hearings. Also common to oversee entire calendars, emails and help desk requested. I am comfortable and confident to intervene wherever needed and resolving what I can first to make certain that only urgent and necessary tasks reach the CEO which has proven to successfully decreasing the time spent working after hours by up to 25%
THOUGHTS:
Mostly satisfied with my overall sense of achievement, it's high-time I spread the wealth. Freelancing is the perfect and likely only way to ensure continued use of my skills but more importantly, allows me to remain focused on the path that was set for me at a young age, to be a provider.
