The $10 is sent to a limited number of people that complete both linking an account to SaverLife and signing up for Steady. You can view the Official Rules for this opportunity here. And even if you don't receive the $10, you will still be eligible to win the $5,000 if you complete the two steps as mentioned above. Hope this helps!
